We're hiring a Head of Productions to run our shoots across the USA. We deliver 30–50 shoots a month for clients all over the world, and we need someone who can take a finished creative brief and get it filmed — fast, well, and without drama.
We need you to be available for USA hours to manage pre production and post production initiatives.

The role
Our internal strategists handle the content ideas/ shot list. Your job is to make it happen on the ground remotely globally on US timezones. We have a producer who managed European Timezones.
Your role entails finding the right videographer in the right city, locking the location, briefing production assistants, and running the day so the footage comes back exactly how the strategist drew it up.
This is a focused production coordination role. You're running shoots — 25-35 f them every single month, in different cities and time zones — and keeping the quality bar high across all of them.
What you'll own
- Shoot coordination. Take each strategist-approved brief and turn it into a scheduled, locked-in shoot. Timings, locations, kit, talent logistics — all confirmed before the videographer walks on set.
- Videographer sourcing. Build and maintain a global bench of freelance videographers we can deploy at speed. Vet them, brief them, hold them to our standard, and cut anyone who falls below it.
- Location scouting. Find and lock locations that match the brief, often in cities you've never been to, often on tight turnarounds. You know how to do this remotely.
- Production assistants. Hire and coordinate PAs wherever a shoot needs them, so the videographer can focus on the shot.
- Quality control. Every piece of footage that comes back has to hit our standard. If it doesn't, you're catching it, fixing it, and making sure it doesn't happen again.
What we're looking for
Someone who has coordinated content shoots at volume — ideally 20+ a month — with a real network of videographers they trust. You move fast, you're calm under pressure, and you don't need someone telling you what good looks like. Experience in social video or music content helps a lot. You're comfortable working remote, async, and across time zones.
