Key Responsibilities

-Process student registrations, course add/drop requests, and withdrawals in a timely and accurate manner.

-Maintain and update student records in the academic system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

-Coordinate class schedules in collaboration with academic departments and faculty members.

-Monitor course capacities and assist in optimizing class allocations.

-Provide guidance and support to students regarding registration procedures, deadlines, and requirements.

-Ensure compliance with institutional policies, academic regulations, and accreditation standards.

-Generate reports related to enrollment, attendance, and scheduling as required.

-Liaise with academic advisors, faculty, and administrative staff to resolve scheduling and registration issues.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

-Proven experience in academic administration or student services is preferred.

-High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

-Proficiency in student information systems (SIS) and Microsoft Office applications.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
