Here’s what you need to know.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the lead point of contact for regional markets across the Sports & Lifestyle team
· Support and coordinate centrally led sports, music, and cultural events across EMEA
· Drive communication and collaboration between central teams and local markets
· Develop and execute activation plans across marketing, events, digital, and comms
· Manage relationships with partners, athletes, and key stakeholders
· Oversee sampling logistics and stock management for major global series (e.g., F1, MotoGP, Dakar, UCI)
· Coordinate branding requests, approvals, and creative direction across regions
· Track, collate, and manage data across events, athletes, and activations
· Support retailer and bottler activation initiatives
· Create presentations and case studies to showcase best practices across the business
· Represent Monster Energy at events and industry activations
About You:
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in lifestyle or brand marketing
· Strong understanding of motor and action sports
· Proven experience in event management and project activation
· Highly organised with excellent communication and multitasking skills
· A self-starter who is motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
· Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work across multiple teams
· Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
· High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
· Willingness to travel frequently and work weekends as required
