Role Description
Blush Academy SA is seeking a full-time Receptionist and Retail Make-up Artist to join our team on-site at our Roodepoort location. The role involves managing front desk operations, welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, answering calls, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the role includes retail responsibilities such as recommending and selling make-up products, providing consultations, and assisting customers with beauty-related inquiries. This dual role offers an opportunity to engage with clients while contributing to the academy's retail operations.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Phone Etiquette and ability to manage Receptionist Duties effectively
- Strong Clerical Skills, including data entry, appointment scheduling, and administrative tasks
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for interacting professionally with clients and team members
- Proven Customer Service experience with a focus on cultivating positive client relationships
- Knowledge of make-up application and retail sales techniques is an advantage
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Roodepoort
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the beauty industry is a plus
