About this Role
We are currently seeking a Project Management Specialist/Manager to join CCD’s Hong Kong. This role focuses on delivering high-end interior design projects for our prestigious hospitality clients and luxury developers. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your hospitality industry expertise to drive complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality and design excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the central point of coordination between various Internal design team.
- Monitor and track overall project fees, resource allocation, and schedules to ensure project milestones are met.
- Translate creative concepts into functional design solutions that align with project technical parameters.
- Facilitate all phases of the project lifecycle and design process, from initial briefing to site completion.
- Maintain professional daily interactions with clients, providing regular progress updates and addressing technical queries.
- Prepare technical materials and conduct project-specific presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Handle project related contract administration and maintain accurate project records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to organize and coordinate complex, multi-year design projects involving large project teams.
- Clear understanding of the operational differences between working with third-party development managers versus direct owners.
- more than 3 years of professional experience, with a solid technical background in high-end interior design.
- IStrong track record in the hospitality sector is essential.
- A self-motivated individual who can handle complex coordination tasks independently without requiring direct reports.
- Fluent English & Cantonese (required); Mandarin (plus).
