Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead website and digital projects end‑to‑end for Vietnamese as well as international clients, with a strong focus on planning, coordination, quality, and on‑time delivery.
In this role, you own projects from brief to launch, working closely with design, development, content, and client stakeholders to deliver high‑quality digital experiences.
This position is ideal for someone who is structured, proactive, and confident communicating in Vietnamese as well as English with national, international clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination (Primary Focus)
- Lead the planning and delivery of website projects (landing pages, microsites, corporate sites) from brief to launch
- Translate client requirements into detailed project scopes, timelines, and task lists; manage dependencies and priorities
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (design, development, content) and external partners to keep projects on time and in scope
- Contribute to improving internal processes, templates, and best practices for project management
Quality, Scope, Timeline and Budget Control (QC)
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed requirements, quality standards, and brand guidelines
- Oversee QC of websites (content, design accuracy, responsiveness, basic performance) with support from the team.
- Monitor scope, timelines, and (where relevant) budgets; proactively flag risks and propose solutions.
Briefing & Documentation
- Draft clear briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for design and development
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reports in tools such as ClickUp, Google Workspace, and Figma
Creative Project Support
- Manage timelines and deliverables for social content, campaigns, and activations together with the creative team
- Ensure assets are delivered correctly across channels and markets, on time and to spec
Client & Internal Communication
- Act as a key day‑to‑day contact for clients on assigned projects, mainly in English
- Consolidate client feedback into structured, actionable briefs for creative and development teams
- Lead status meetings, capture decisions and actions, and ensure clear follow‑up with both clients and internal teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in project management , account management, digital production or related roles (agency experience is a plus)
- Proven track record delivering website or digital projects end‑to‑end (planning, coordination, launch)
- High attention to detail and quality, especially in QC and execution
- Strong organizational skills: able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
- Very good in Vietnamese & English (spoken and written), comfortable in client meetings, emails, and documentation with international stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to align clients, internal teams, and partners
- Confident user of projects tools tools like Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Figma, ClickUp, familiarity with WordPress or other CMS is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of website structure, UX basics, and digital production workflows
- Interest in creative campaigns, branding, content production or marketing projects
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with agile or hybrid project methodologies
- You are proactive, solutions‑oriented, and calm under pressure
