Creative Project Manager (Junior)
Rate is $30.00 per hour t4
Onsite 3x per week, downtown Toronto
The Creative Project Manager oversees the intake, coordination, and delivery of creative projects across multiple markets. This role ensures briefs are clear, timelines are realistic, and teams have what they need to produce high-quality, on-brand work. You will manage communication between stakeholders and creative teams, track progress in Asana, resolve roadblocks, and keep projects moving smoothly from kickoff to final delivery.
What you will do:
- Manage project intake and ensure briefs are complete and actionable
- Coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables across creative disciplines
- Maintain clear communication between stakeholders and creative teams
- Lead meetings, drive decisions, and keep projects aligned with objectives
- Review creative inputs (spec sheets, design files, briefs) for accuracy
- Track progress in Asana and ensure deadlines are met
- Identify risks early and propose solutions
- Build strong relationships with internal partners
- Support creative teams by removing obstacles and clarifying requirements
Skills needed:
- 1-4 years of experience
- Agency or creative studio experience
- Ability to work onsite downtown, 3x per week.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
