Project Manager (100% Remote)
Kevin Barry Art Advisory is searching for its next Project Manager.
If you know how to keep creative projects moving without sacrificing the details, you should keep reading.
If you can confidently manage clients, coordinate multiple teams, anticipate challenges before they happen, and keep everyone aligned, you’re likely a great fit.
If you understand that great project management isn’t just about schedules—it’s about creating an exceptional client experience while helping creative teams do their best work—we’re looking for you.
This is not a traditional project management role.
We’re looking for someone who understands art, design, architecture, or the A&D industry and can confidently lead projects from concept through installation. You’ll serve as the central connection between clients, creative, production, installation, and finance, ensuring every project is delivered with clarity, organization, and excellence.
At KBAA, art isn’t an afterthought. It’s central to how a space feels, functions, and tells a story.
We’re looking for someone who can bring the same level of care and precision to the process behind every project.
If that sounds like you—or someone you know—we’d love to connect!
