About the Role: We are looking for a Project Director to help establish project management as a discipline within the office. This is an always-on role that moves daily, putting out creative content at a fast pace while planning larger campaign initiatives.
P.S. This is a six-month contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the designated portfolio into a well-functioning and profitable business unit.
- Manage the program of work, including financial planning, directing, and coordinating activities to ensure project objectives are completed within budget.
- Manage many variations of ATL, digital, and social content (video, image, websites, TVC, print, etc.), ensuring quality control.
- Take hands-on ownership of complex strategic projects requiring senior stakeholder management.
- Partner with Account, Strategy, Media, and Creative leads to ensure client expectations are met from briefing through final delivery.
- Provide motivation and mentorship to the Project Management team.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in an agency, managing a portfolio of brands.
- Strong leadership, management, and mentorship skills.
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Ability to recognize and solve potential problems and escalate issues or conflicts.
