Job Title: Production Technical Designer
Reporting to: Creative Director
Seeking a Production Technical Designer to support all brands within the portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring garments meet fit, quality, and production standards from development through final production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design, production, and sourcing teams across all brands
- Create and maintain detailed technical packages (tech packs) for women’s apparel
- Ensure accurate garment fit, construction, and specifications throughout production
- Review samples, provide fit comments, and communicate corrections to vendors
- Track and manage production timelines to meet deadlines
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and production issues
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in production technical design for women’s apparel
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, and grading
- Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
Salary $100,000-$110,000
