Job Summary- Production Manager
Manage end-to-end garment production from order to delivery, ensuring quality and on-time completion. Track progress, resolve issues proactively, and handle vendor communication, including onboarding and coordination.
Salary up to AED 20,000
Location: Dubai, UAE
Reports to :Creative Director
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee fabric receipt, inventory confirmation, and movement to printing/embroidery units
- Coordinate production flow to meet quality and timeline expectations
- Monitor printing, embroidery, and finishing processes for accuracy and standards
- Ensure correct materials (threads, beads, crystals) and design specifications are used
- Prepare production packages and manage logistics, including overseas shipping
- Report production status to senior management
- Lead and manage the production team, ensuring clear communication and compliance with health, safety, and labor standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Supply Chain, or related field
- 8–10 years’ experience in apparel sourcing/production (fast-paced environment)
- Strong knowledge of garment production, fabrics, and industry trends
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
