About the Role

RAWE Models is seeking a highly organized and creative Production Director to support the planning and execution of runway productions, creative campaigns, and upcoming virtual programming initiatives launching Summer 2026.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, event production, leadership, and bringing creative visions to life in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

* Lead and coordinate production logistics from concept to execution

* Manage timelines, scheduling, vendors, and production workflow

* Collaborate with models, creatives, and team members to ensure smooth operations

* Assist with planning runway shows, campaigns, and virtual projects

* Problem-solve efficiently during productions and deadlines

* Maintain organization across multiple ongoing projects

* Support team communication and production management

Qualifications

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills

* Excellent communication and leadership abilities

* Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments

* Detail-oriented with strong time management skills

* Passion for fashion, media, production, and creative direction

* Previous production, leadership, or event experience is a plus
