Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CT
Pay Rate: Approximately $25/hour
Our entertainment client is seeking an Production Designer to provide temporary support to its creative team. This role will focus on adapting and producing polished visual assets across digital and print channels while maintaining established brand standards.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of professional design experience in a fast-paced environment, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and excellent attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for an early-career designer who works efficiently, welcomes feedback, and is comfortable managing multiple production assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Create, resize, and adapt existing designs for a variety of print and digital formats.
- Prepare production-ready files according to established specifications.
- Update layouts, typography, imagery, and other design elements while maintaining brand consistency.
- Produce marketing and promotional materials using existing templates and creative direction.
- Collaborate with the Associate Art Director and other members of the creative team.
- Incorporate feedback and complete revisions accurately and efficiently.
- Review files for accuracy, consistency, formatting, and overall quality before delivery.
- Organize design files and maintain clear naming and version-control practices.
- Manage multiple assignments while meeting established timelines and deadlines.
Qualifications
- At least one year of professional graphic design or production design experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong layout, typography, and visual design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Understanding of print and digital production requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established brand guidelines.
- Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and work collaboratively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week during the full assignment period.
- Experience supporting an entertainment, hospitality, retail, or consumer-facing brand is a plus.
