Robert Half is seeking a Production Designer to support a high-volume creative team producing both digital and print marketing assets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage quick-turn deliverables, and maintains strong attention to detail across multiple projects.
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 90-day contract to start, with strong potential for extension
Pay Rate: Up to $28-33/hour
Schedule: 40 hours a week, M-F (Pacific Time Zone or Mountain Time zone only)

Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality production design across digital and print marketing assets (emails, web, paid media, direct mail, brochures, etc.)
- Adapt and resize creative for various formats, platforms, and channels
- Work within established brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all deliverables
- Partner closely with designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
- Manage fast turnaround timelines while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Prepare files for production, ensuring they are print- and platform-ready
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume design or production environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience working in Figma
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to follow direction while working efficiently and independently
- Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting marketing or brand teams in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle industries
- Familiarity with asset management systems or workflow tools
The salary range for this position is $28 to 32/hour on W2. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
