About the role
A major Canadian financial institution is hiring a Production Artist to execute high-volume creative production within an established brand system. This is a production execution role — adapting and shipping assets to spec across channels, not concepting from scratch. The right person produces at volume without the quality slipping and picks up new tools and workflows quickly.
What you'll do
- Adapt and prepare creative assets across multiple channels and formats while holding brand consistency
- Execute high-volume production work with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Manage revisions, updates, and version control across concurrent projects
- Work within established brand guidelines and align deliverables to accessibility standards
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and cross-functional partners to deliver on time and to spec
- Learn and adopt new tools, platforms, and workflows as the stack evolves
What you bring
- 5+ years in a Production Artist, Production Designer, or equivalent production role
- Demonstrated high-volume asset adaptation within a large organization's brand system
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite; proficiency in Figma
- Strong file-preparation and production-workflow discipline across formats
- Working knowledge of AODA/WCAG accessibility standards
- Adaptability to shifting tools and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- After Effects exposure
- Experience with Celtra or Adobe Express
