Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Production Designer to join our clientin support of an existingvacancy.
Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: Starting from $26 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: Hybrid
Business Hours: Monday-Friday;Core Business Hours
Job Responsibilities:
- Transform screens created by product designers into polished, interactive demos that tell a compelling story to clients and stakeholders
- Build web and mobile prototypes in Figma to showcase our products and experiences to internal and external audiences
- Leverage AI-powered tools like Figma Make to accelerate prototyping and enhance interactivity, ensuring demos are both efficient and impactful
- Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and quickly stitch together interactive prototypes that communicate clear, impactful narratives
- Present work to leadership and other teams, and iterate rapidly based on their feedback
- Support the Sales Enablement team with additional design initiatives within Group Benefits as needed
Experience & Qualification Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-5 Years of Designer Experience
- Prototyping, Collaboration, Interactivity, Adaptability skills
- UX Writing & Video production skills
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including creating interactive prototypes
- Experience working in programs like Adobe After Effects for animation and motion graphics, and Adobe Premiere Pro for video montages
- Experience collaborating with other designers and/or product managers
- Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and presenting work
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with writing and validating UX content
