Production Assistant, eCommerce Photo Studio Jobs in San Francisco, CA at Creative Circle
Our e-commerce retail client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Assistant to support their fast-paced e-commerce Photography studio.
This is an on-site role / 5 days a week in San Francisco. This role serves as a key support partner to the production team, helping ensure the smooth execution of daily photo shoots and studio operations for a leading retail brand.
You will work closely with photographers, stylists, merchant teams, and sample coordinators to keep products, schedules, and workflows on track. This is a hands-on support position focused on coordination, communication, and execution.
Responsibilities:
-Support photographers, stylists, art directors, and the broader production team during studio shoots
-Coordinate studio sets and assist with shoot preparation and daily operations
-Help manage scheduling logistics, including confirming product arrivals and shoot readiness
-Partner with sample coordinators and merchant teams to track products and ensure samples are available when needed
-Assist with product organization, movement, and workflow throughout the studio
-Provide general administrative and operational support to the production team
-Help identify and resolve day to day issues to keep projects moving efficiently
-Support studio processes and workflows to ensure productivity and accuracy.
Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience in a retail, ecommerce, studio, or production environment
-eCommerce photography studio experience
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to jump in and support whenever needed
