We have a fantastic opportunity for a Product Developer/Production Assistant to join this innovative design firm that creates and manufactures leading products and global brands for the skate, apparel and music/entertainment industries.
Working collaboratively as part of a passionate design and production team, you will be instrumental in the development of fashion and merchandise products from concept and design through to production, sampling, documentation, reporting and delivery. With a ton of creative flair and passion for delivery quality products, you will have the opportunity to contribute to high-profile global brands that delight customers world-wide, and work with talented individuals on a local and global scale.
With a minimum of 2+years industry experience in a Production Assistant role gained in fashion or merch, you have experience tech packing product for production, sourcing materials, coordinating logistics, conducting quality checks and ensuring production timelines and deadlines are accurately met. A natural problem solver you can foresee and quickly address issues before they escalate. With your finger on the pulse, you are abreast of trends and thrive in supporting the product development team with innovative ideas.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, you enjoy coordinating logistics, maintaining accurate sampling, shipping and production records across multiple categories. A natural people person, you have effective communication skills and thrive on building positive and lasting relationships with your team, clients and suppliers.
