What We Are Looking For
- Experience in production, product development, merchandising, operations, or project coordination, ideally within fashion, ecommerce, or consumer products
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with timelines, trackers, and internal documents
- A creative eye and interest in fashion, product development, and brand storytelling
- Comfort using presentation tools, spreadsheets, and digital workspaces
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
