Responsible for:
Primary support to Producers throughout Pre – Production and Shoot
Assisting Directors and Producers in creation of pitch materials
Adhering to Workflow Protocol at all times
Clearcast & Station Delivery
Opening and closing studio on specific days of the week. This will be decided on a weekly basis.
You are jointly responsible for the smooth running of the office / studio. This includes but not limited to I.T. issues, stationary, offices supplies etc.
Production
In order to develop in your role and progress your career you will be gradually be asked to assist on larger and more complex selected projects. On these jobs you will have some responsibility for the service levels on the job and most importantly the profit delivered. Your remit includes but is not limited to assisting with budgeting, pitch documents, contracts, PPM meetings, Recces, Castings, Shoots, Post Production, Station Delivery, Job close Down including cash reconciliation and production reviews.
Keep the traffic department and Production management department abreast of changes to key information about budget, internal resource and crucially schedules.
You will actively assist in the production of the pitch both from a creative and production stand point. You may be asked to help lay out, print or research various elements of the pitch.
Training and Development
You will take a full role in your annual appraisal and have monthly catch ups with the Head of Production to check your progress against the performance targets in there.
You will make yourself available for any training decided by Senior Management and are asked to suggest key training you think would help you achieve your appraisal goals
