Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Artist specializing in Custom Products to join our team.
You will serve as the creative bridge between customers and the production floor – you’ll be developing artwork and digital proofs that not only look great on screen but translate cleanly onto physical materials and products.

Duties
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand project specifications and translate creative visions into product mockups and production-ready files, to support in-house laser engraving, UV printing, and embroidery.
- Prepare artwork in various formats to support production of custom products including outdoor products, promotional items, and digital media using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW.
- Design custom graphics for laser-engraved and UV printed tumblers and coolers, ensuring proper scaling and alignment.
- Create embroidery-ready artwork, including digitization awareness (stitch types, density, thread limitations)
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are feasible and optimized for output.
- Revise and adapt customer-provided artwork to meet production standards.
- Maintain organized file systems, design templates, and art records for repeatable workflows and orders.
- Conduct quality checks on all assets to verify alignment with customer guidelines and print/digital specifications.
- Manage multiple project approval processes simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of precision.
- Stay up to date with design trends in customization, outdoor lifestyle, and branded merchandise
Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design and production artistry with a strong portfolio showcasing digital art, logo design, and projects.
- Strong understanding of vector design and file preparation for production processes including laser engraving, UV printing, and embroidery.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) along with familiarity CorelDRAW.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interpret client needs to team members and production team.
- Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications (not required)
- Knowledge of branding and logo development
- Previous work in custom merchandise or promotional product design
- Knowledge with Google application suite
- Knowledge working in NetSuite
Pay: $18.50 – $21.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
