Production Artist Jobs in San Diego, CA at Robert Half
We are looking for a skilled Event Production Artist to join our creative team in San Diego, California. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and expertise in graphic design and print production. The role involves creating high-quality visual content for various projects, including event signage, brochures, and banner ads, while ensuring consistency and precision in all deliverables.
Responsibilities:
• Design and produce visually compelling materials such as brochures, banners, and event signage.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all artwork aligns with project objectives and brand guidelines.
• Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other tools within the Adobe Creative Cloud suite to develop and finalize designs.
• Prepare files for print production, ensuring accuracy in dielines and specifications.
• Assist in the creation of digital assets for experiential and corporate events.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
• Adapt designs for various formats, including print and digital platforms.
• Ensure all production files are organized and archived appropriately.
• Troubleshoot design and production issues, providing effective solutions.
• Work closely with vendors to oversee the production process and ensure quality output.
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design or production art.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
• Strong understanding of print production processes and specifications.
• Experience creating designs for corporate and experiential events.
• Knowledge of dielines and file preparation for print.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and vendors.
