We’re looking for a highly motivated and organised Production Artist to join our fast-paced advertising team. If you thrive in a busy, dynamic environment and can move seamlessly from polished social media assets to print pre-press, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Design and adapt artwork/visuals across print and digital platforms
- Prepare artwork for print production and pre-press, ensuring technical accuracy and brand consistency
- Create and refine social media assets, digital banners, presentations, and campaign materials
- Build high-quality, on-brand PowerPoint presentations for internal and client-facing use
- Work closely with traffic, creative, and account teams to deliver projects on time
- Adapt global brand guidelines for local markets while maintaining design integrity
- Manage time to meet deadlines without compromising quality, accuracy, or creativity
- Add value by using typographic/retouching/design/layout skills, to produce highly crafted work
- Be proactive in identifying and solving potential artwork/visual problems in a timely manner
- Record own time accurately
What We’re Looking For
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint essential
- Solid understanding of online/social and print production processes, file preparation, and pre-press requirements
- Experience working with international brands and strict brand guidelines
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Stress-resistant mindset with a solution-oriented attitude
- Strong attention to detail and typography skills
- Advertising agency experience is a strong advantage
- Strong proficiency in Dutch and English
- AI savvy
