About the Role
We are looking for a Product & Marketing Designer (SaaS) to bridge product value and market communication through clear, effective, and conversion-focused design.
This is a hybrid design role that supports both product marketing and marketing execution across product launches, landing pages, campaigns, feature storytelling, lifecycle journeys, and sales enablement materials. You will help turn product capabilities into visuals and narratives that are easier for prospects, merchants, and internal teams to understand.
You should be comfortable working across digital touchpoints, from campaign creatives and web pages to product education, feature communication, and go-to-market assets.
What You’ll Do
- Translate product features, workflows, and value propositions into clear visual communication for merchants and prospects
- Design and maintain marketing assets across paid ads, social media, email, landing pages, sales decks, case studies, and event materials
- Support product launches by creating visuals and communication assets for new features, campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Merchant Success teams to ensure product value is communicated clearly and consistently
- Improve how product stories are presented across website, onboarding, lifecycle communication, and customer-facing materials
- Design conversion-oriented landing pages and campaign assets that support lead generation, trial signup, and merchant activation
- Create visual systems, templates, and reusable design components to improve speed and consistency across the team
- Contribute to brand consistency across product marketing and demand generation touchpoints
- Support internal enablement by designing materials for sales pitching, partner communication, product explainers, and training assets
- Balance creativity with business goals, ensuring designs are not only attractive but also useful, clear, and effective
What We’re Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing design, product marketing design, brand design, or related roles
- Experience in SaaS, B2B SaaS, e-commerce, retail tech, or digital platforms is strongly preferred
- Strong portfolio showing work across campaigns, landing pages, product storytelling, and digital marketing assets
- Ability to simplify complex product ideas into visuals that are easy to understand
- Good understanding of marketing goals such as conversion, engagement, positioning, and consistency
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams
- Strong sense of layout, hierarchy, typography, messaging support, and user clarity
- Able to move between strategic work and fast execution
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and common digital design workflows
- Basic understanding of web structure, responsive design, and performance-oriented creative work is a plus
- Motion, video, illustration, or light HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
