Junior TikTok Producer
Job Description: The TikTok Producer plays a vital role in orchestrating and executing all production days required for client campaigns. This position involves coordinating production schedules, managing logistics, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality content. The producer collaborates with teams and clients to align visions and requirements, while efficiently managing resources and budgets. The role demands flexibility, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining creative excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Management: Oversee the planning of all production days, including scheduling and preparation. Use and refine pre-production templates and create detailed call sheets.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with Project managers, videographers, and other production staff.
- Resource Management: Manage resources including equipment/gear, needed props, and setting.
- Quality Assurance: ensure that all production days meet our production and creative standards (excellence is our benchmark)
- Budget Management: Oversee the budget, ensuring efficient resource use.
- Vendor Negotiation: Negotiate with vendors for cost-effective services.
- Arrange the needed shoot locations
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve production processes and develop SOPs in collaboration with the management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media video production, especially for TikTok.
- Strong project management skills, with an emphasis on efficiency and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse creative team.
