Role Description

Pocko is looking for a London-based Agent / Producer to support artist representation, business development and creative production across the UK and international markets.

This is a full-time role for someone with a strong interest in artist representation, commercial partnerships and creative production. We're open to applications from mid-weight to senior candidates, and the role will be shaped around the experience, network and strengths of the successful applicant.

The Agent / Producer will work closely with Pocko’s international team to develop opportunities for artists and directors across commercial, cultural, editorial and branded projects. They will be responsible for representing talent, responding to briefs, coordinating pitches and treatments, developing client relationships, negotiating fees and usage, and supporting project scope, budgets, timelines, contracts and production logistics.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong relationship-building skills with a deep understanding of visual culture and creative production. Depending on experience, you may already have an established commercial network, or be ready to grow one with the support of the wider Pocko team. It requires both the ability to generate new business and the discipline to help move projects through a clear, professional production process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities with agencies, brands, cultural institutions, commissioners and creative partners in London, the wider UK market and internationally.
  • Represent Pocko’s roster of artists, directors and creative talent in a clear, informed and strategic way.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, agencies, brands, producers, creative directors, commissioners and cultural partners.
  • Match artists and directors with relevant commercial, cultural, editorial and branded opportunities.
  • Respond to client enquiries, briefs and project opportunities with strong creative and commercial judgement.
  • Coordinate pitches, treatments, estimates and production timelines in collaboration with artists and the wider Pocko team.
  • Support project delivery from initial brief through to completion, ensuring clear communication between clients, artists, producers and collaborators.
  • Negotiate fees, usage, contracts and production requirements where appropriate.
  • Identify new talent, creative trends, market shifts and commercial opportunities relevant to Pocko’s work.
  • Contribute to Pocko’s wider programming across branded content, exhibitions, cultural projects, publishing and social impact initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in artist representation, creative production, talent management, business development or agency-side client management.
  • Existing relationships within the London creative, advertising, brand, editorial, production or cultural sectors are highly desirable, although we're also interested in candidates with the drive and ability to develop new connections.
  • Experience developing client relationships and identifying commercial opportunities.

Strong understanding of visual culture, including illustration, photography, animation, design, digital content and emerging creative practices.

Excellent client-facing skills, including communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship building.

Experience managing creative projects, including budgets, schedules, contracts, usage rights and production logistics.

Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with an international team.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations, opportunities and projects at once.

Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.

Experience within a creative agency, production company, artist agency, gallery, publisher or cultural organisation is highly valuable.
