ABOUT THE ROLE
OLIPOP is looking for a freelance producer to support a range of creative production work across social content, campaign production, and product-related creative requests. This role is a strong fit for a mid-level producer with agency or brand-side experience who is comfortable managing timelines, coordinating with vendors, supporting shoots, organizing feedback, and helping projects move smoothly from kickoff through final delivery.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to jump into a fast-moving creative environment with confidence. You should be comfortable balancing multiple workstreams, communicating clearly with internal and external partners, and supporting both production logistics and creative review processes.
This is a part-time freelance contract role requiring approximately 25 hours per week during core business hours. The anticipated engagement is four months, from July through-November, to support a specific business need.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a key production support partner across social shoots, campaign production, and ad hoc creative production needs
- Coordinate with internal creative, social, and brand partners to gather inputs, clarify needs, and keep projects moving
- Oversee vendor communications, timelines, deliverables, feedback loops, and production follow-ups
- Attend shoots as needed or provide remote production support to set teams
- Help manage production documentation including releases, and project wrap materials
- Support post-production workflows, including review decks, feedback organization, asset QC, final delivery, and archiving
- Coordinate product orders as needed for production-related requests
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-4 years experience in creative production, content production, or creative project management
- Agency, brand-side, or social-first production experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities at once
- Clear and professional communication style with both internal teams and external vendors
- Comfortable supporting shoots, post-production, asset delivery, and basic production documentation
- Able to onboard quickly, take initiative, and operate independently with limited day-to-day oversight
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-minded in a fast-paced creative environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting social content production or recurring content capture
- Experience coordinating creative review, feedback intake, and post-production workflows
- Comfort working with external production partners, photographers, retouchers, or creative vendors
- Familiarity with asset organization, file delivery, and archiving processes
