We are seeking an experienced Legal Print Production professional with proven leadership skills to supervise a team while being a producer in a fast-paced law firm environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under deadlines, maintains exceptional attention to detail, and has strong technical expertise in legal document production and print systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of print production staff
- Oversee daily print production operations, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of legal documents
- Manage high-volume printing, copying, binding, and finishing tasks
- Coordinate workflow priorities and meet strict legal deadlines
- Troubleshoot equipment and production issues as they arise
- Maintain and operate Xerox production printers and related systems
- Ensure compliance with firm standards and confidentiality requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in legal print production or document services within a law firm or similar environment
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong working knowledge of Xerox production printers
- Proficiency with Fiery Command Work Station and Job Master
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a high-volume legal or corporate print environment
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for print and finishing equipment
