Overview
Retrofête is currently seeking a Print Design inter to join our in-house design team and help shape the prints and patterns that define our collections. A hands-on role for students and recent grads ready to grow.
As our Print Design Intern, you'll work alongside our Design team to develop print and pattern designs for our RTW collections — bringing fresh ideas to life while learning how a fast-paced, in-house fashion design team operates. From concept to execution, you'll get hands-on experience across the full print design process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute print/graphic designs for RTW pieces
- Work closely with the team on a range of design challenges
- Align designs with brand guidelines and quality standards
- Contribute across design and production workflows
- Build and refine best practices for the role
- Report to the head designer with regular updates
Requirements
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated (fashion, graphic design, or related field)
- Strong eye for color theory, proportion, and print/pattern design
- Highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment
- Collaborative, communicative, and eager to learn
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving instincts
- Able to work both independently and within a team
