Overview
We’re looking for a Principal Creative Director to lead creative work across client projects. This role focuses on translating client needs into strong, original creative output, owning the direction from concept through execution. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver work that is both strategically sound and creatively sharp.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative direction across multiple client projects, from brief to final delivery
- Translate client objectives into clear, compelling creative concepts
- Develop and present ideas, treatments, and pitches to clients
- Oversee execution across design, motion, and content to ensure high-quality output
- Collaborate with designers, animators, and producers to bring ideas to life
- Provide clear feedback and direction to maintain creative consistency
- Manage client relationships from a creative standpoint, building trust and confidence
- Ensure projects stay aligned with timelines, budgets, and scope
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in a creative role within an agency or studio environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating client-facing work (campaigns, branding, digital, content)
- Proven experience leading projects and presenting to clients
- Ability to balance creative ambition with practical constraints
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience across different industries (e.g. lifestyle, F&B, tech, entertainment)
- Background in motion, film, or interactive work
- Familiarity with production workflows and pipelines
