Job Title: PowerPoint Presentation Specialist / Visual Designer/ Pursuit Designer
Location: Amman, Jordan
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Presentation designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic and visual design, with proven experience in producing high-impact marketing, proposal, and event visuals in fast-paced corporate environments. This role requires expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, presentation design, and maintaining brand consistency under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop executive presentations, pitch decks, corporate proposals, and other visual communication materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Translate complex business and consulting content into clear, engaging visual formats.
- Support internal design training initiatives to elevate team capabilities in tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, consulting, and corporate communications to ensure design consistency and impact.
- Assist in art direction and visual execution for brand shoots, campaigns, and promotional events.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in corporate or agency design environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing presentation design, branding, and corporate communications.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and multimedia design is a plus.
- Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) in Graphic Design & Illustration and Visual Design preferred.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under pressure.
