Post Production Manager Jobs in India at Magma Holding Company
We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Post Production Manager to own the full post-production workflow, from the moment a wedding is captured through to final client delivery. You'll coordinate editors, track timelines, hold the quality bar, manage deliveries, and keep clear reporting across every project.
What you'll do
Production coordination:
- Collect footage, photographs, and client editing preference forms
- Organize and maintain project folders and production assets
- Follow up with photographers and videographers on any missing content
Project allocation:
- Assign projects to editors based on workload and capacity
- Prepare weekly editing schedules
- Give editors clear deadlines and project requirements
Production management:
- Track progress across multiple concurrent projects
- Ensure turnaround times are met
- Spot delays early and resolve issues proactively
Quality assurance:
- Review photo galleries and video edits before client delivery
- Provide structured revision feedback
- Maintain consistent production quality standards
Client delivery:
- Coordinate gallery releases
- Deliver highlight films and final wedding videos
- Manage the album and print ordering process
Reporting and administration:
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
- Track project status daily
- Produce regular production reports
Ideal candidate
- Experience managing creative post-production workflows
- Previous experience in wedding photography or videography is highly preferred
- Alternatively, experience managing multiple editors in production agencies, creative studios, media companies, or event production businesses
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Comfortable coordinating remote teams
- Excellent written communication
- Able to manage multiple deadlines at once
- High attention to detail
Nice to have
- Wedding industry experience
- Experience with Dropbox, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Frame.io, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Airtable, or similar workflow tools
- CRM experience
- Experience managing high-volume creative production
