About the Role
We’re looking for a Post Production Coordinator who thrives at the intersection of process, detail, and problem-solving.
This role is critical to ensuring that projects move smoothly through the post-production pipeline. You will be responsible for managing workflows, maintaining project organization, and supporting teams across edit, sound, color, and delivery.
You are not just coordinating – you are actively improving how things work, identifying inefficiencies, and introducing better systems over time.
What You’ll Do
- Manage post-production workflows end-to-end – track project movement across editing, sound, color, and delivery
- Maintain pipeline clarity – ensure files, versions, and assets are organized, accessible, and up to date
- Coordinate across teams – align editors, designers, sound, and finishing teams to keep projects moving efficiently
- Ensure delivery readiness – manage exports, formats, QC checks, and final deliverables
- Identify and fix workflow inefficiencies – proactively improve processes to reduce errors and delays
- Track timelines and dependencies – flag risks early and ensure deadlines are met
- Document and standardize processes – create templates, guidelines, and systems for repeatability
- Continuously learn and experiment – explore tools, automation, and better ways of working
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in post-production coordination, editing support, or media management
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
- Strong English communication skills as this might also be a client facing role
- Strong understanding of:
- Post-production workflows
- File formats, codecs, fps, resolution etc
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to improve systems proactively
- Cross functional team management skills
- Prior experience of building automation solutions with AI platforms
