The Role: What will you do?
We are looking for a reliable and creative Assistant to support our outdoor wedding shoots. Your main tasks include:
- Lighting Assistance: Supporting the lead photographer with lighting setups during outdoor photo sessions.
- BTS Content: Capturing behind-the-scenes (BTS) photos and videos using a smartphone.
- Logistics & Driving: Assisting with driving to various shoot locations across Switzerland and managing equipment.
Requirements
- Aesthetic Eye: Strong interest in photography; ability to capture high-quality BTS content via smartphone.
- Driving: Valid driving license and comfortable driving in Switzerland.
- Extreme Flexibility: Available for last-minute calls and weather-dependent rescheduling. We prefer candidates without a strictly pre-scheduled personal calendar.
- Travel: Willingness to undertake long-distance day trips (e.g., Grindelwald).
- Languages: Fluency in English is a must.

Schedule & Commitment
- On-Call Basis: This is a flexible, project-based role. Work is scheduled according to our production calendar (e.g., specific shoot dates).
- Peak Season: Our busiest period is from May to October, with frequent shoots throughout Switzerland.
- Who we prefer: We prioritize candidates with the flexibility mentioned above and those interested in a long-term collaboration. Reliability and a good eye for photography are our top priorities.
- Location Preference: Due to the location of our shoots, we prioritize candidates residing in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
