Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW, for a mid level Photographic / Creative Talent Producer. The Producer will be responsible for talent booking and scheduling, coordinating casting calls and sessions, and serving as a pivotal liaison between creative talent and clients. The Producer will play a key role in managing and nurturing talent while ensuring smooth communication and oversight across projects.
Qualifications
- Experience with Talent Booking and Casting, including managing relationships with creatives and clients
- Strong written and visual editing skills for creating production-related documents, profiles, and communications
- Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic industry
- Familiarity with creative industries and understanding of brand and talent dynamics is advantageous
