We are looking for a creative, versatile, and driven Photographer/Videographer to join our Gold Coast team. This is a Hybrid/Work-from-Home role (2-3 days per week) designed for a creator who brings creative visions to life.
At A Glance:
- Schedule: Flexible 2-3 days per week
- Location: Gold Coast/Brisbane (Hybrid / WFH) with occasional domestic travel
- Compensation: $38 – $39hr + Super (Negotiable based on portfolio and experience)
- Environment: Occasional night/weekend shoots are required, with overtime inclusive and respected
What You'll Be Doing:
You aren’t just pressing a shutter button; you are the architect of our clients' visual identity.
- Capture: High-end Photography and 4K Videography
- Post-Production: Professional editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and basic Photoshop
- Social-First Content: Specialising in high-engagement Reels and TikToks
- Technical Execution: Managing professional lighting and audio setups on-site

Required Skills & Equipment:
- Professional camera body & lenses
- A portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in both stills and motion
- Ability to travel for domestic shoots when required
- Proficiency in video and photo editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Photoshop
- Understanding of social media trends, platforms, and content formats
- Ability to plan and execute creative photo and video content strategies
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with various teams and contribute to client projects
- Basic knowledge of content strategy and storytelling techniques
