Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Photographer & Videographer role based in Voat Phnum, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves planning and executing photo and video shoots for products, events, and brand campaigns, both on-site at the brewery and in external locations as required. The Photographer & Videographer will capture high-quality imagery and footage, manage lighting and composition, and ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include editing photos and videos, preparing content for digital channels, collaborating with marketing and creative teams, organizing and maintaining equipment, and archiving visual assets. The role also requires participation in pre-production planning, occasional evening or weekend shoots, and proactive contribution of creative ideas to enhance the brewery’s visual storytelling.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in photography for products, lifestyle, and events, including composition, lighting, and camera operation.
- Proficiency in videography, including shooting, basic directing on set, and capturing audio where needed.
- Experience with photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools).
- Ability to plan and manage shoots, including location scouting, shot lists, and coordination with internal teams.
- Understanding of branding and visual storytelling for marketing, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Good organizational skills for managing files, backups, and asset libraries, with attention to detail and consistency.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a diverse, cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Voat Phnum and remotely as needed, with flexibility for occasional off-hours shoots.
- Relevant experience in commercial photography/videography; experience in beverage, hospitality, or FMCG industries is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Photography, Film, Media, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
