What you'll get to do
You'll play a key part in shaping how customers experience the Miss Amara brand through compelling visual content and innovative AI-powered production workflows.
You Will
- Produce high-quality product and lifestyle photography for use across our website, marketplaces, email campaigns, and commercial platforms.
- Shoot, edit, and deliver engaging video content for web, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Ensure all visual assets align with Miss Amara's brand guidelines, creative standards, and commercial objectives.
- Manage production schedules and priorities to deliver content on time and support key business initiatives.
- Edit, retouch, colour-correct, and grade photography and video content using Adobe Creative Suite, including motion graphics and visual effects where needed.
- Prepare, optimise, and organise assets for different platforms, maintaining a scalable digital asset library.
- Leverage AI tools such as Sora, Midjourney, Nano Banana, and emerging technologies to accelerate content creation and post-production workflows.
- Build repeatable AI-assisted processes that increase content output while maintaining brand integrity and product accuracy.
- Experiment with new creative technologies and continuously improve workflows to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Collaborate with Product, Content, and Marketing teams on concepts, mood boards, storyboards, shot lists, and campaign creative that help customers better understand our products.
What will help you succeed
You'll Likely Bring
- 3+ years of experience in photography and videography (eCommerce or product photography preferred)
- A strong portfolio showcasing photography, video production, and editing work
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools for content creation, editing, or enhancement
- A strong eye for composition, lighting, styling, colour, and visual storytelling
- The ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives and customer outcomes
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience in eCommerce, retail, homewares, interiors, or lifestyle brands is highly regarded
