Dutco Construction is seeking a highly talented and creative full-time Photographer & Videographer to capture, manage and elevate the visual story of the business across all projects, people, events and corporate activities.
This role will be responsible for creating a high-quality visual library that showcases Dutco's people, projects, capabilities, culture and legacy, whilst maintaining professional standards and ensuring all photographic and video assets are effectively archived and managed.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Uphold and reflect company values across all communications and messaging
- Promote a consistent and professional corporate tone across the organization
Corporate Photography:
- Capture professional corporate photography across all Dutco Construction offices and project sites.
- Take high-quality executive and employee headshots.
- Photograph internal and external events, leadership engagements, client functions, award ceremonies and business milestones.
- Support corporate communications, recruitment, employer branding and marketing campaigns with professional imagery.
Project & Construction Photography:
- Document projects from groundbreaking through to completion.
- Conduct regular site visits to capture construction progress and key milestones.
- Create visual records for project case studies, client presentations, award submissions, tenders and marketing materials.
- Produce before-and-after photography and time-based progress imagery
Health, Safety & Operational Photography:
- Capture health and safety initiatives, best practices and site compliance activities.
- Work alongside HSE teams to document safety campaigns, training activities and operational excellence programmes.
- Maintain an organised visual library of safety imagery for communications and reporting.
Videography & Content Creation:
- Capture professional video footage for corporate storytelling, project updates and leadership communications.
- Film interviews with leadership, project teams and employees.
- Create engaging video content for internal communications, social media, websites, presentations and campaigns.
- Support event videography and post-event highlights.
Editing & Production:
- Edit and enhance photographs using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and related software.
- Retouch images where required whilst ensuring authenticity and brand consistency.
- Edit video content and create polished outputs suitable for corporate use.
- Ensure all content aligns with Dutco brand standards.
Digital Asset Management:
- Establish and maintain a centralized photo and video archive.
- Act as the custodian and owner of Dutco's visual asset library.
- Implement naming conventions, metadata tagging and SharePoint-based filing systems.
- Ensure all imagery is categorized, searchable and readily available for business use.
- Manage image permissions and release documentation where applicable.
- Planning & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager to develop photography and videography schedules.
- Liaise with project teams, senior leadership, HR, HSE and business units to identify storytelling opportunities.
- Proactively identify compelling stories, people and projects that strengthen Dutco's brand and reputation.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adhere to company policies, code of conduct, conflict of interest, standards, rules and regulations at all times.
- Always prioritize keeping employee information and sensitive data confidential
- Prioritize and ensure full compliance with the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) policies established by the company.
- Accurate and On Time submissions of balanced scorecards.
- Maintain supportive documentation to substantiate the actual performance for all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) outlined in the Balanced Scorecard (BSC).
SKILLS:
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro and After Effects (advantageous).
- Strong videography and video editing capabilities.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and corporate branding.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate, construction, industrial or infrastructure photography.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating corporate, people, project and event photography.
- Experience with professional DSLR/Mirrorless camera equipment.
- Experience operating drones and holding an appropriate UAV/drone licence (highly desirable).
- Experience managing large digital asset libraries and SharePoint repositories.
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
