We are seeking a highly skilled Photographer & Fashion Photo Studio Manager to lead and execute all aspects of fashion photography while managing the daily operations of our photo studio. This role combines creative vision with strong organizational and leadership skills, ensuring high-quality visual content and smooth studio workflows. The ideal candidate is both hands-on behind the camera and confident in managing people, schedules, and resources.
Key Responsibilities
Photography & Creative Direction
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality fashion photography for e-commerce, campaigns, lookbooks, and editorial content
- Collaborate with creative directors, stylists, designers, and marketing teams to align visuals with brand identity
- Manage lighting setups, camera equipment, and studio configurations
- Oversee post-production workflow including image selection, retouching, and final delivery
Studio Management & Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations of the fashion photo studio
- Maintain studio equipment, props, and inventory; oversee repairs and upgrades
- Manage studio budget, vendor relationships, and production costs
- Ensure studio cleanliness, safety standards, and efficient workflow
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and supervise photographers, , retouchers,
- Assign tasks, provide creative direction, and ensure deadlines are met
- Train staff on studio procedures, equipment use, and brand standards
- Foster a collaborative, creative, and professional studio environment
Planning & Quality Control
- Develop and manage seasonal shoot calendars and production plans
- Ensure consistent image quality and brand alignment across all deliverables
- Troubleshoot technical or logistical issues during shoots
- Review final images before release to ensure quality standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Fashion Photographer and/or Studio Manager
- Strong portfolio demonstrating fashion, editorial, or commercial photography
- Advanced knowledge of studio lighting, camera systems, and photo equipment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop)
- Strong organizational, time-management, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce or high-volume fashion photography
- Knowledge of fashion trends, styling, and visual merchandising
- Experience managing budgets and production logistics
- Degree in Photography, Fashion, or related field (or equivalent experience)
