Photo Team Coordinator (Contract)
- Burbank, CA (Onsite Mon–Thurs, Remote Fridays)
- $28–$30.66/hr (w2)
Contract role for 1-2 months.
A leading entertainment brand is seeking a Photo Team Coordinator to support a high-volume photo and publicity team during peak entertainment and awards season. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role ideal for someone experienced in photo asset management and creative operations.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and organize photo assets for press requests, media kits, and publicity campaigns
- Caption images and manage metadata for distribution
- Upload and maintain assets across internal platforms and archives
- Support press blasts by creating and distributing approved photo links
- Assist with vendor coordination, invoice processing, and scheduling
- Help manage logistics for events, premieres, and photographer check-ins
- Partner cross-functionally with publicity, marketing, and creative teams
What You Bring
- 1+ year of administrative or coordinator experience (entertainment/media a plus)
- Strong knowledge of photo formats and hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop & Bridge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Keynote
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
- Flexible schedule, with occasional evening or weekend work during peak periods
