Responsibilities
- Research, source, and license compelling photography and video assets for editorial, creative, and digital content initiatives
- Identify visual content that supports storytelling across a variety of features, campaigns, and media experiences
- Partner closely with creative, editorial, and design teams to translate concepts and story ideas into strong visual solutions
- Contribute to brainstorming and creative development by recommending imagery, photographers, and visual directions
- Manage licensing, rights clearance, contract coordination, and usage restrictions for sourced photography and video
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in photo editing, photo research, multimedia editing, or visual content sourcing within a creatively driven environment
- Deep understanding of editorial storytelling and how imagery supports narrative and user experience
- Strong knowledge of photographers and visual artists across portraiture, documentary, conceptual, fine art, and related genres
- Experience handling image rights, likeness restrictions, contract negotiation, and legal clearance processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across creative teams
