Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Personal Manager at CineCraft Studios. The Personal Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing personal and professional schedules, facilitating communication between teams, and providing administrative support where needed. They will also handle confidential matters, coordinate events, and ensure smooth workflow and project execution for executives and team members.
Qualifications
- Strong operational and organizational skills, including time management and project coordination
- Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal, with experience in meeting facilitation and relationship management
- Experience in managing executive schedules, calendars, and travel arrangements
- Proficiency in administrative tools and software, including scheduling platforms and communication tools
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to manage dynamic workflows and deadlines
- Experience in the entertainment or creative industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or similar field
- Comfort with remote collaboration and ability to work independently in a distributed team
