POSITION INFO:
Our client is a dynamic, high-growth consumer goods business operating within the South African beauty and lifestyle sector. With an established national retail footprint and a rapidly scaling digital presence, they are a performance-driven organization focused on aggressive market expansion and agile marketing execution.
As the Performance Multimedia Designer ("The "Hands"), you will be the internal engine for creative production. Your focus is on the rapid execution of high-volume, high-converting visual assets that drive results across paid media and social channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-volume ad creatives, including static images, carousels, and short-form video for Meta.
- Edit fast-paced, platform-native Reels and TikTok-style content with a focus on "stopping power."
- Rapidly iterate and repurpose content from shoots for various platforms and formats.
- Contribute to the evolution of the brand’s digital identity and lead packaging design for new ranges.
- Provide secondary support for social media scheduling and basic community interaction.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in multimedia design within an ecommerce, retail, or agency environment.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating skills in motion graphics, short-form video, and digital design.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong proficiency in Canva for rapid asset generation.
- Candidates with a rigorous degree in Information Design or Multimedia are encouraged to apply.

Remuneration:
