The Role
As Performance Executive — Paid Social, you will own all Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns across Alike's product portfolio — London Tourist Pass, Singapore Tourist Pass, Abu Dhabi Pass, and Alike Holidays.
Meta at Alike is currently in an early but promising stage — we are building towards purchase optimisation, progressing from Review Click through Add to Cart. You will be the person who owns this maturity journey day-to-day: managing the campaigns, feeding the signals, and working with the creative team to continuously improve the creative output that drives performance. You report to the Performance Marketing Manager (Stuti) and work closely with the Senior Manager on funnel strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management — Meta
● Manage and optimise all Meta campaigns across LTP, STP, ADP, and Holidays on a daily basis
● Own the Meta funnel maturity progression — drive event volume from Review Click to Add to Cart, and eventually to Purchase optimisation
● Build and manage campaign structure across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU — prospecting, retargeting, and remarketing audiences
● Manage audience strategy — custom audiences, lookalikes, interest-based targeting, and geo-targeting refinement
● Monitor delivery, frequency, CPM, and CTR daily — flag any learning phase issues, audience saturation, or delivery drops immediately
● Manage daily budget pacing across campaigns — ensure spend is fully utilised without over-pacing on poor performers
Creative Strategy & Execution
● Brief, review, and iterate on Meta creatives — work closely with the creative team on copy angles, visual concepts, and format selection (static, video, carousel, reels)
● Run structured creative tests — test sale-led vs experiential vs trust-led messaging across funnel stages and report winning variants
● Maintain a creative refresh cadence — no ad set should run on the same creative beyond performance thresholds without a test variant live
● Use performance data to inform creative briefs — CTR, hook rate, and CVR by creative should drive what gets made next
Tracking & Attribution
● Ensure Meta Pixel and CAPI are firing correctly across all key events — Page View, Add to Cart, Initiate Checkout, Purchase
● Monitor event match quality scores and flag tracking degradation early
● Work with the tech team to resolve tracking issues — do not accept "it should be fine" without verification
Performance Reporting
● Track and report daily Meta performance against KPIs: CPM, CTR, CPC, CVR, ROAS, event volumes per funnel stage
● Build and maintain weekly Meta performance reports — including creative performance breakdown
● Flag any significant delivery drops, audience exhaustion, or CVR shifts immediately
What We Are Looking For
Experience & Skills
● 2–3 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience — you have run live campaigns across Ads Manager, not just boosted posts
● Working knowledge of Meta campaign structure, audience types, bidding objectives, and learning phase management
● Genuine interest in creative performance — you can look at an ad and have a hypothesis about why it is or isn't working
● Familiarity with Meta Pixel, CAPI, and basic event verification in Events Manager
● Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets — you can build a basic performance tracker yourself
Mindset
● Creatively curious — you follow what's working on Meta, you notice good ads, and you bring those observations to briefing conversations
● Data-grounded — creative instinct needs to be backed by numbers; you know the difference between an ad that looks great and one that converts
● Proactive — you check campaign health daily, not when someone asks
● Comfortable with ambiguity — Meta is an evolving channel; you adapt when the platform changes
Good to Have
● Meta Blueprint certification
● Experience with video creative production briefs or UGC-style content strategy
● Prior experience in travel, e-commerce, or consumer marketplace
● Familiarity with GA4 or cross-channel attribution
Why Join Alike
● Direct ownership and accountability for business-critical growth metrics
● Opportunity to build a performance function from scratch — not inherit someone else's system
● Work on a multi-product, multi-geography platform spanning London, Singapore, Abu Dhabi, and India
● Collaborative, transparent, and high-trust culture
● Competitive compensation with strong growth trajectory
