✨ About you
- You have experience creating ads for Meta (statics + video)
- You don’t just design – you understand what makes ads perform (scroll stoppers, mini-hooks, angles)
- You take ownership of results – not just “making creatives”
- You’re a self-starter who experiments with new creative approaches, takes full ownership, and figures things out without waiting for direction
- You’re fast, iterative, and comfortable testing multiple ideas quickly
🔥 About the challenge
- Create high-performing ad creatives (images & videos) for Meta
- Write ad copy that complements your creatives and drives performance
- Source and manage UGC/Influencer content – from identifying creators, reaching out, briefing to delivering ready-to-use ad creatives
- Use AI as a force multiplier – creating, testing, and iterating ad creatives faster and better, not just relying on basic prompts
- Hands-on experience with: Figma, After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut,
