We're looking for a Performance Creative Manager to join Team Flowlife!
About Flowlife
Flowlife is a Swedish Recovery Tech company helping people recover, perform and feel better.
As we continue expanding across Europe, we're looking for a Performance Creative Manager to help build and scale our content engine across paid and organic channels.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating, testing and optimizing content — and gets excited by finding the next winning creative.
About the Role
As Performance Creative Manager, you will create, test and scale content that drives engagement, conversion and revenue across multiple markets.
Working at the intersection of creativity, data and growth, you'll help identify winning concepts, iterate quickly and build a scalable creative engine for Flowlife.
You will be part of Flowlife's Marketing Team, collaborating across brand, growth and activation to drive creative performance and growth. Your mission is simple: build content that performs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop Flowlife's performance creative output across Meta
- Create, test and iterate ad creatives based on performance data and customer insights
- Scale winning concepts across markets, audiences and funnel stages
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, production and analysis
- Own Flowlife's organic social presence with a performance mindset
To Succeed in This Role, We Believe You Have
- Experience creating performance-driven content for paid social
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, creative testing and what drives ROAS
- Ability to combine creativity, data and analytical thinking
- Basic editing and design skills (CapCut, Premiere, Canva, Figma or similar)
- Experience using AI tools to improve content creation and workflows
Bonus Experience
- Experience from DTC, e-commerce or other high-growth consumer brands
- Experience working with Creators and Influencer Marketing
Workplace
The role is based in Stockholm with flexible hybrid working.
