Role Description
We’re hiring a full-time Performance Creative Lead for a hybrid role, with Israel preferred but not required.
This is a key role focused mainly on performance marketing creatives, as we scale paid acquisition significantly. At the start, around 20% of the role will also include supporting organic creatives when needed.
You’ll be responsible for creating and improving high-performing creatives, developing new concepts and hooks, working closely with the team on testing and iteration, and helping shape how our brand and products are presented to large audiences.
Qualifications
- Strong experience creating creatives(video+static) for performance marketing
- Strong visual taste and understanding of what drives attention and conversion
- Ability to move fast, test often, and improve based on results
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- High ownership and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with video, motion, or UGC-style creatives
- Willingness to adopt new AI tools often, in order to increase quantity&quality of new creatives
- Experience with consumer apps, subscription products, or direct-response style creative work is a plus
