We are looking:
We’re looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Performance Creative to join our Diets & Workouts team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing compelling ad creatives that drive user acquisition and engagement for health, fitness, and lifestyle-focused products.
You’ll play a key role in shaping creative strategies for paid social campaigns, turning trends, consumer insights, and performance data into high-converting advertising concepts across multiple platforms.

Get ready to:
- Develop and execute performance-focused creative concepts for Diets & Workouts advertising campaigns.
- Write creative briefs for designers, video editors, motion designers, and other creative contributors.
- Create scripts and ad concepts for video ads, creators, and UGC-style content.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, media buyers, and other marketing team members.
- Contribute to visual brand direction and creative execution across fitness and wellness products.
- Participate in video production processes and content shootings.
- Analyze ad testing results and optimize creatives based on performance insights.
- Monitor competitors’ advertising strategies and stay up to date with fitness, wellness, and social media trends.
- Research target audiences and identify motivations, pain points, and behavioral insights.
- Write engaging marketing copy, including hooks, headlines, CTAs, and short-form ad texts focused on conversion goals.
We expect you to:
- Have a strong understanding of digital advertising and performance-driven creative formats.
- Be confident analyzing campaign metrics and making creative decisions based on data.
- Stay curious about trends in fitness, wellness, lifestyle, and social media content.
- Bring fresh ideas, creative thinking, and a willingness to test new approaches continuously.
- Be able to communicate ideas clearly through compelling storytelling and visually engaging concepts.
- Have strong collaboration and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Be fluent in both English and Lithuanian.

Salary
Gross salary range is 2400 – 3800 EUR/month.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
