We are looking for a Performance Creative Designer who goes beyond producing ideas and takes full ownership of creative performance, team development, and strategic direction. You'll shape high-impact, conversion-driven creatives across multiple platforms and strengthen the team with clear feedback, structured processes, and a strong creative vision.
What You’ll Do:
- Create high-converting video creatives and static ad creatives, depending on what performs best that week;
- Generate and test new creative ideas, unusual angles, visuals, hooks, and combinations together with the team;
- Design fast and iterate even faster, always backing decisions with research and performance data;
- Maintain high creative standards while ensuring compliance with Meta best practices;
- Experiment with new formats, trends, and creative approaches to improve performance;
- Integrate and explore AI tools to speed up creative production and improve results.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience creating performance-based video ads and/or static ad creatives;
- Strong skills in video editing, motion design, or graphic design;
- Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar;
- Deep understanding of what makes ads convert – we care about performance, not aesthetics;
- Willingness to pitch, test, and iterate your own creative ideas and angles;
- Experience or strong interest in AI tools is a big advantage (curiosity and fast learning are equally important);
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian.

- Gross salary: 3200 – 3800 EUR/Gross, based on your previous experience, we can be flexible;
