About the Role We're looking for a highly organized and relationship-driven Partnership Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of business development and operations — you'll be the connective tissue between Fifth & Cor and our growing network of brand, agency, and media/PR partners. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love building relationships, and have a knack for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for brand/marketing partners, agency referral partners, and media/PR partners
- Coordinate onboarding of new partners and ensure a seamless experience from first contact to active collaboration
- Track partnership activity, deliverables, and timelines across multiple accounts
- Support the team in preparing proposals, decks, and partnership agreements
- Communicate proactively with partners to maintain strong relationships and identify new opportunities
- Assist in organizing and managing partner-facing communications and follow-ups
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, creative, and PR teams to align on partner needs
- Maintain organized records of partnership data, contacts, and performance metrics
What We're Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — you represent the brand well in every interaction
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and managing both in-person and remote relationships
- Experience in marketing, agency, PR, or business development (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace; experience with CRM or project management tools is a plus
- A genuine passion for relationship-building and brand storytelling
- Great at Excel
