We’re Hiring: Part-Time Brand & Content Design Lead
We are looking for a reliable and creative designer to take ownership of visual content across multiple brands within our group.
This is not a task-based role — we are looking for someone who can work independently, maintain consistency, and proactively contribute to how our brands are presented.
What you’ll be responsible for:
• Maintaining and refining visual identity across multiple brands
• Planning and creating monthly social media content
• Designing posts for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Working within a structured monthly plan, with minimal supervision
What we’re looking for:
• Strong design skills with branding experience
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow
• Good judgement — knowing when to act and when to ask
• Consistency, reliability, and attention to detail
How we work:
• Monthly content direction is agreed upfront
• You execute independently within that framework
• Minimal revisions and no micromanagement
This is an ongoing part-time role with stable monthly work and the opportunity to shape multiple growing brands.
